Job Summary
Deliver academic and interpersonal skill development through district-approved curriculum while documenting student progress and outcomes. Provide daily instruction predicated on course goals, organize learning objectives with clearly defined student outcomes, and monitor student learning to adjust pacing accordingly. Develop and maintain classroom behavior rules, enforce them consistently, and communicate course goals and grading standards to students and parents. Prepare daily lesson plans, assign and check homework, and provide timely feedback on student performance. Maintain positive relationships with staff, administration, and families while modeling cultural awareness and professional integrity. Participate in district-sponsored professional development workshops and maintain an ongoing personal program for instructional effectiveness.
