Support daily routines, household chores, personal hygiene, and mobility for a 60-year-old male client who has experienced a stroke. Assist with dressing, undressing, and transfers while accommodating communication aids, breathing equipment, and mobility devices. Work full-time long-term for three months starting September 1, with part-time coverage for staff absences. Shifts run 09:00–17:00 or 17:00–23:30 on weekdays and weekends. The client enjoys sports and uses a tablet for communication. The role requires a valid driver's license, access to a car, and the ability to tolerate smoking in outdoor areas.
