Job Summary
Provide companionship, support daily routines, and assist with activities of daily living for a client with memory care needs in Langley, Washington. Promote client safety, prepare meals, and accompany the client on appointments or errands as required. Complete accurate documentation, communicate updates to the office, and follow the established care plan. This ongoing weekend on-call assignment requires availability Monday through Friday. Candidates must have experience with dementia or Alzheimer's, an active Washington State HCA or CNA credential, and reliable transportation. Health insurance is available for employees working 35+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington State HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test or screening
- Current Washington State Food Worker Card
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Reliable transportation
- Reliable phone access for work-related communication
- Ability to complete onboarding requirements
- Availability for the listed schedule
- Comfort working with clients who have memory care needs
