Lane Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate scheduling for all shift cashiers while ensuring an appropriate number of exit lanes remain open at all times based on city requirements and current conditions. Provide assistance to patrons and employees as needed, manage cashier terminals by monitoring supplies and reporting equipment malfunctions, and verify specific transactions such as abnormal or undocumented events. Review contractor supervisor and cashier policies and procedures to maintain operational standards. This role supports SP+'s checkout-free parking network across thousands of locations, requiring a valid driver's license, one year of customer service experience, and proficiency in English.
