Job Summary
Conduct independent dairy farm management for 65 cows, including milking, herd observation, and pasture/stall maintenance. Oversee herd health, breeding, and welfare while managing milk volume and feed operations using hay and grazing (no silage). Rotate weekend shifts in coordination with partner farms. This role offers a clear mid-term path to the management team. We provide on-site housing, team meal service, and a kindergarten on the premises.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Landwirt/in, Tierwirt/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Milchviehhaltung
- Eigenverantwortliche, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on-Mentalität
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung auf einem Demeter- oder Bio-Betrieb
- Erfahrung mit Heufütterung und Weidemanagement
- Freude an Herdenmanagement, Melktechnik sowie Zucht und Besamung
