Job Summary
Conduct field operations including plowing, harrowing, hoeing, and sowing. Perform transport duties between crop fields and other stations. Manage crop care through fertilization and plant protection to ensure harvest quality. Operate modern agricultural machinery to maintain smooth field workflows. Collaborate with qualified colleagues to address daily challenges. Requires completed farming or agrarian service training, Class T driver's license, and motivation for modern technology. Full-time year-round position with comprehensive onboarding and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Landwirt, Gärtner, Fachkraft Agrarservice oder vergleichbar
- Führerscheinklasse T erforderlich
