Landsmith Home Farm - Market Garden Farm Hand

Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting organically grown vegetables in greenhouse and field production. Monitor crop health and growth, implement integrated pest and disease management practices, and operate a tractor with implements. Pack and prepare produce for market distribution, including washing, weighing, and order sorting, while keeping records and completing deliveries. The role reports to the Market Garden Coordinator and involves working outside in varied conditions. A manual driver's license is required, and experience with organic farming or machinery is highly regarded. You will join a newly formed Land team at Landsmith Home Farm, contributing to a regenerative project in Margaret River that integrates market gardening, viticulture, and grazing.
