Job Summary
Deliver key processes to improve productivity and service levels ensuring on-time delivery. Dispatch orders according to procurement logic with a cost-saving mindset while maintaining safety and reliability standards. Execute process efficiency, optimize by challenging business rules, and resolve customer complaints within stipulated timeframes. Handle internal system updates and customer requests in accordance with defined processes, ensuring all relevant costs are timely updated and passed on. Capture voice of customer feedback to improve inland delivery performance and share best practices with the team.

- Understanding of legal / commercial framework and relevant documentations
- Across all the logistics products & processes- Sea, Air and international trade
- INCOTERMS
- STC
- Customs Documentation
- HS Code
- import/export processes
- HSSE
- Environmental Compliance
- Financial Management processes relating to invoicing / dunning, and job file profitability management
- Working knowledge of ILSE
- BST
- Ability to build and maintain good relationship with stakeholder
- Ability to work and thrive in a flexible matrix organization
- Drive for Results
- Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure
