Landscaping Technician

Independent Contractor role in Colorado Springs for Renjoy's vacation rental portfolio. You will perform landscaping and trash operations across properties, including mowing, edging, trimming lawns, maintaining shrubs and plantings to brand standards, inspecting irrigation systems, prepping exteriors before guest check-in, and managing in-house trash pickup during property turns. You will track supplies, report issues via Trellis or Slack, keep tools organized, and drive between multiple properties daily. A COI is required prior to first day of work. Strong reliability, punctuality, and proactive problem-solving are essential to meet high standards of curb appeal and guest experience.
