Landscaping Specialist

Job Summary
Manage and perform landscaping and grounds maintenance for multi-family communities, including lawn care, beds, mulching, weeding, edging, and shrub/tree maintenance. Apply herbicides/pesticides as needed, operate hand and power tools (shovels, rakes, saws, gas blowers, trimmers), and maintain/repair equipment. Communicate with clients and supervisor, submit job-site reports, and participate in regional/corporate training. Must be able to travel throughout the Columbia region and Missouri with some overnight travel and have independent transportation to company locations. Safety and PPE adherence required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture Science or Landscape Maintenance, a plus
- Prior experience operating all lawn care equipment preferred
- Able to provide independent transportation to company owned locations within the Columbia area and able legally operate a registered and properly insured vehicle
