Job Summary
Oversee customer account management by developing new business with existing accounts, collaborating on annual budgets, and analyzing contracts for profitability. Conduct regular site visits to ensure product quality while managing field teams, forecasting needs, and scheduling service routes. Evaluate equipment requirements and delegate tasks to supervisors, then participate in bi-weekly management meetings to align goals. Maintain updated client information within the internal CRM database and collaborate cross-functionally with sales to achieve quotas. Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, with some travel required. Join a team established in 1978 committed to providing landscape solutions for the Puget Sound area.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in landscaping industry
- 2+ years in management role
- Strong computer skills (MS: Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Some travel required for this role
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred (training can be provided)
