Job Summary
Perform landscaping tasks including cutting turf with power mowers, trimming and edging with gas-powered edger/trimmer, pruning shrubs, planting and maintaining flower beds, operating gas-powered equipment, and debris cleanup. Safely operate landscaping equipment, maintain plant materials, and report unsafe conditions to Crew Leader. Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 40 lbs, and be available for flexible hours including weekends/holidays; may require a valid driver’s license for company vehicles and certification on level 1 equipment. Work outdoors in varied weather conditions with full emphasis on safety, teamwork, and customer-facing professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers)
- Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower)
- Possess strong stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Possess a valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and handle objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays
