Landscaping Crew Leader (Wichita) Driver's License Required

Direct day-to-day site operations and delegate work to 2-5 crew members across basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications. Maintain schedules to ensure service expectations are met while surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager for resolution. Provide feedback on crew members and assist in their development and training. Ensure all work adheres to safety policies and company equipment receives appropriate preventative maintenance. Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles accurately. Turn in accurate crew time logs daily.
