Job Summary
Oversee landscape operations as Crew Leader for a 2–5 person crew in the Scranton/Moosic area, supervising service lines including basic landscape maintenance, installation, and supportive services such as irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications. Ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards; maintain client satisfaction through effective team leadership and service delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with the Operations Manager, delivering services on client sites, and ensuring equipment maintenance and time-logging are performed. Requires leadership experience, a valid driver license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions; physical requirements include lifting up to 40 lbs and handling materials up to 50 lbs, with continuous bending, stooping, and twisting.
