Landscaping Crew Leader (Roseville)

Oversee day-to-day site operations and direct 2-5 team members through landscape installation, basic maintenance, and chemical applications. Ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards by maintaining schedules and managing equipment preventative maintenance. Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and providing feedback on crew members to assist in development and training. Turn in accurate crew time logs and identify more efficient ways to perform work while ensuring all activities comply with company policies.
