Landscaping Crew Leader (Lincoln, NE) Driver's License required

Direct day-to-day site operations and delegate work to 2-5 team members across landscape installation, irrigation, and chemical applications. Ensure all work adheres to safety policies and company standards, verify equipment preventative maintenance cycles, and log usage accurately. Submit precise crew time logs for payroll processing. This role supports the Production Manager with feedback and operational oversight while maintaining quality standards for basic maintenance and seasonal color management.
