Landscaping Crew Leader (Kansas City/Lenexa) Driver's License required

Direct day-to-day site operations and delegate work to 2-5 team members across basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and chemical applications. Ensure assigned tasks complete safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while maintaining schedules and meeting service expectations. Surface client concerns to the Production Manager for resolution and provide feedback on crew members. Assist in crew development and training, turn accurate time logs, and ensure all work adheres to safety policies. Verify equipment is in good working order, receives preventative maintenance, and log usage cycles.
