Landscaping Crew Leader

Direct day-to-day site operations and delegate work to 2-5 team members across basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and chemical applications. Maintain schedules to ensure service expectations are met while surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager for resolution. Oversee crew performance, provide feedback on team members, and assist in their development and training. Ensure all work adheres to safety policies and company standards, verify equipment is in good working order, and log usage and maintenance cycles. Submit accurate crew time logs.
