Job Summary
Landscaper responsible for maintaining the park’s cleanliness and appearance, promoting a safe working environment, and eliminating hazards. Duties include maintaining, repairing, and transporting tools and structures; gathering mulch; moving soil and plants; maintaining lawns, hedges, trees, pathways, and flower beds; collaborating with crew members on daily tasks; assisting with maintenance projects; controlling weeds and insects; maintaining sprinklers; clearing debris from walkways; ensuring a safe environment for guests and co-workers. Requires ability to work outdoors in various weather, stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in English and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Adhere to work schedules and maintain regular attendance.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work in an environment that can be at times high paced and stressful
- Must be able to work in all types of inclement weather conditions.
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs
- Proficiency in the English Language
