Job Summary
The Landscaper Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing landscaping operations, ensuring the maintenance and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces in the hospitality industry. This role includes supervising a team, coordinating tasks, and collaborating with management for project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in landscaping and strong knowledge of horticulture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment, horticulture practices, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and schedules
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in landscaping, horticulture, or related field
- Experience working in the accommodation and food services industry or similar hospitality environments
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and pest management
- First aid and CPR certification
- Proficiency with landscaping management software or digital scheduling tools
