Job Summary
Meet with Crew Leaders and Management daily to review job assignments and priorities, then assist with landscape installations including flower beds, raised garden beds, sod, paver patios, irrigation systems, and lighting. Perform hands-on labor such as weeding, pruning, edging, transplanting, and removing plants or hardscapes while operating gas-powered equipment safely and applying pesticides to control pests. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe job site at all times, ensuring tools and materials are available onsite. This role supports installation crews in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients across the metro Atlanta area.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscape installation, hardscaping, organic gardening, or carpentry
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Knowledge of basic lawn maintenance and pest management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to completing work safely and efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors
