Landscaper

Perform groundskeeping maintenance including mowing lawns with hand or riding mowers, trimming edges around walks and flower beds, and planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. Apply pesticides to rid grounds of pests and fertilize the ground to enhance growth. Sweep walkways of debris, cut down dangerous tree limbs, trim shrubs, pull weeds, and rake or mulch as needed. Water plants and grass regularly while interacting with residents to maintain excellent customer service. Work Monday through Friday with paid time off, group benefits, and a retirement plan with company match. Requires at least one year of commercial landscape experience and a high school diploma or GED.
