Landscaper/Laborers

Mow, water, and fertilize grass and shrubs using mechanical, electrical, and gas-powered tools. Prune trees and hedges with mechanical and electrical equipment. Remove debris and litter, then plant grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs with gardening tools. Mix and spray or spread fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides using hand or automatic spreaders. Operate a John Deere tractor and deck mowers, and perform all other duties assigned as a laborer. Herbicide experience is a plus. Work hours are 6am to 3:30pm Monday through Thursday and 6am to 12 noon Friday. Candidates must have at least two years of landscaping or laborer experience, pass a background and drug screen, and possess a high school education or equivalent.
