Job Summary
Landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties with hands-on duties including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning shrubs, planting and maintaining flower beds, mulching, weeding, and debris cleanup. Operates and maintains landscape equipment (power mowers, gas-powered edger/trimmer, blower) and adheres to safety protocols. Reports unsafe conditions to Crew Leader or Production Manager. Requires physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, work in outdoor conditions, and certification on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower). 18+ years old and enthusiastic/dependable are required; full-time employment with benefits offered.
