Job Summary
Perform landscape maintenance tasks on industrial, commercial, and public properties under supervision, including cutting turf with mowers, edging and trimming with gas-powered equipment, pruning shrubs, planting and maintaining flower beds, removing debris, mulching, weeding, and basic equipment maintenance; maintain a polite, responsive demeanor with guests and customers and report unsafe conditions to the Crew Leader.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
- Able to operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers) safely
- Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower)
- Possess strong stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (for BrightView fleet vehicle)
