Job Summary
Install and maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and pavers while performing landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, grading, and lawn maintenance. Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently to prepare and grade job sites for installations. Follow project plans, work alongside crew members to meet deadlines, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times. Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors on-site. This hands-on outdoor role at Rich's Landscaping Inc. in Pipersville, PA, supports a supportive team environment where skilled work is recognized.
Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or a related outdoor trade preferred
- Familiarity with paver installation, retaining walls, and/or natural stone work is a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred
