Job Summary
Two Groundskeepers/Landscapers are needed to maintain Taylor Community campuses with attention to landscaping/groundskeeping across the sites. The role offers year-round employment with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision), shift differentials for weekends, double time on holidays, generous PTO, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition/training reimbursement. On-site amenities include pool and gym access and membership reimbursements. Candidates should have professional or commercial groundskeeping/landscaping experience and be 18+, with a preference for stability (fewer than two jobs in the last three years).
