Job Summary
Maintain landscapes across golf course, club amenities, residential homes, and common areas through tasks such as mowing, weeding, edging, mulching, fertilizing, pruning, planting annual color, watering, and seasonal leaf removal. Install new plantings and color, ensure healthy plantings, operate landscape equipment (mowers, skid steer, tractors, etc.), apply basic fertilizers/chemicals safely, keep work areas orderly, assist with landscape projects, participate in daily setup/closing of tools, report safety or maintenance issues, attend meetings/trainings, and adapt to flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication, teamwork, and English proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping, preferably within a residential or hospitality environment.
- Ability to operate landscape machinery such as push rotary mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, utility vehicles, and riding mowers.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles properly and safely.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working outdoors in all weather, standing/walking for extended periods, and lifting/carrying items.
