Job Summary
Conduct landscaping for all DATTCO properties, including winter projects like snow plowing, shoveling, and removal. Maintain and repair equipment while responding to maintenance requests from the Facilities Manager and assisting with management emergencies. Ensure safety standards are met and the work environment remains clean. Manage priorities and communicate effectively while working unsupervised or with team members. Requires a high school diploma, experience with commercial mowing equipment, and a valid driver's license. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1530.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
- Experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Experience with commercial mowing equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Must be dependable, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- Must have a flexible schedule (Monday � Friday 0700 � 1530)

- Ability to manage and organize priorities
