Landscaper responsible for landscape maintenance across industrial, commercial, and public properties, performing mowing, edging, pruning, planting, debris removal, and basic equipment operation under supervision; must handle physical tasks (lift 40 lbs, load 50 lbs), operate gas-powered tools, and maintain plant materials and landscape features while maintaining a polite, responsive demeanor with guests and customers.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters
- Certified on level 1 equipment (backpack blower, stick edger, string trimmer, walk-behind mower)
- Familiar with basic horticultural maintenance operations/practices
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to load/unload burlaps with plant cuttings onto trailer (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day
- Work outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions
- Experience working with landscaping equipment and performing routine maintenance
