Job Summary
Conduct daily grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup while safely operating equipment like lawnmowers and leaf blowers. Assist with installing new lawns, plants, trees, and shrubs, and manage tasks such as fertilization and pesticide application. Remove debris from pathways and driveways, adhering to all safety regulations and company standards. Work independently in wet, humid, or extreme heat conditions, lifting up to 75 pounds. This role requires a valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age, with previous landscaping experience preferred. Employees may work varying schedules including weekends and holidays to reflect business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid current driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the public and other team members in verbal and written form

Desired Qualifications
