Job Summary
Landscape Technician responsible for assisting with installing plants, trees, sod, mulch, rock, and other landscape materials; supporting site preparation, grading, and cleanup; operating basic landscape tools safely; following the Landscape Lead for proper layout and installation; maintaining a clean, organized job site; representing the company professionally when interacting with clients and team members; upholding company quality standards on projects. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors in Florida weather; team-oriented, reliable, detail-focused, and eager to learn. Compensation is $18.00–$21.00 per hour with full-time hours, plus health and life insurance, a 3% IRA match, PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in Florida weather
- Ability to work effectively as part of a crew under the Landscape Lead
- Willingness to learn and reliability
