Job Summary
Landscape Technician (Stormwater) responsible for routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, etc.). Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance, and light construction; operate landscaping and light construction equipment; travel locally/regionally (approx. 10 days/month) using company truck. Ideal candidates have 1-2+ years of outdoor/manual labor experience, understand landscaping equipment/materials, and are willing to travel. Requires valid driver’s license, background and motor vehicle checks, and drug screening. Eligible for overtime, per diem, and benefits; employment supports long-term career development. Must be able to work outdoors, lift and perform physical tasks, and comply with safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience with manual labor, outdoor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, safe driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (about 10 days/month)
- Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting) and work in various weather conditions
- Meet minimum age of 21 due to DOT interstate transportation requirements
