Job Summary
Maintain stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties by performing routine landscape maintenance, light repairs to retention ponds and drainage systems, and executing mowing, weed-trimming, and debris removal. Operate landscaping and light construction equipment while traveling from the shop to client sites locally and regionally, with approximately 15 days per month of travel required. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, safe driving record, and a reliable method of transportation, meeting DOT interstate transportation requirements. This hands-on role involves bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting in various weather conditions, supported by a full-time schedule of 40-55 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience with manual labor
- outdoor experience
- Solid understanding of landscaping equipment and materials
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally
- 15 days per month is typical (Monday-Friday)
- 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license
