Job Summary
Experienced Landscaper needed to maintain luxury club grounds at Golden Ocala Golf & Equestrian Club. Responsibilities include safely operating a full range of commercial landscaping equipment (stand-on and zero-turn mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, edgers), performing equipment care, upholding high standards of property maintenance, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Must have strong horticulture knowledge, be able to work outdoors year-round, follow complex directions, and work with minimal supervision. Full-time position (40 hours/week) with occasional Saturday assignments; compensation based on experience. Ocala, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in horticulture, commercial landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Strong working knowledge of horticulture standards, processes, and equipment used in estate or golf course maintenance
- Ability to work outdoors in all year-round weather conditions
- Strong time management, ability to follow complex directions, and problem-solve on the job
