Job Summary

Mow, edge, trim, and blow grass, sidewalks, and roadsides; trim hedges, remove weeds, and handle shrubbery projects including thinning and plant removal. Perform debris pick-up, sod installation, and planting duties as directed. Clean and maintain all equipment, report mechanical issues, and strictly adhere to safety procedures while wearing proper personal protection. Walk areas to identify safety hazards, perform flagging duties, and assist with emergency situations or peak workload balancing. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM outdoors in varying weather conditions, maintaining a clean environment and reporting incidents immediately.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Acceptable driving history
  • Ability to become certified in light trailer operation
  • Complete Golf Cart Training
  • Pass a background check
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Knowledge of safety practices
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Experience with and knowledge of commercial/residential landscaping techniques and equipment
  • Experience with various landscaping equipment
  • Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
