Job Summary
The Assistant Service Delivery Manager (ASDM) leads a team of watershed management Service Technicians to maintain and improve storm drainage systems, identify and document stormwater drainage issues needing repair, and perform related coordination and reporting. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining company equipment (pickup truck & trailer), completing maintenance and inspection reports, tracking crew expenses, coordinating hotel arrangements for overnight travel, and conducting regular safety trainings. Compensation varies by verified industry experience, with starting wage ranges of $18.00-$20.00 per hour for candidates with 0-2 years of related experience and $21.00-$23.00 per hour for candidates with 3+ years of related experience; higher offers require a minimum of two years of verifiable experience in a comparable role. Final offers are based on experience, qualifications, employment history, and business needs.
