Job Summary
Lead a team of Service Technicians in maintaining and improving storm drainage systems to mitigate flooding and erosion while identifying and documenting issues requiring repair. Operate company equipment including a pick-up truck and trailer, and complete maintenance and inspection reports to track crew expenses. Coordinate hotel arrangements for overnight travel and conduct regular safety trainings. This role requires driving as an essential function and involves working in all weather conditions. Candidates must be willing to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per week. A valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and current driver's license are mandatory.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Current and valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicles operated
- Insurability under the Company's automobile insurance policy
- Willingness to travel and be away from home 4-5 days per week
- Ability to perform duties in all types of weather conditions
- Analytical approach to stormwater drainage management
- Proficiency with mobile technology (i.e. iPads, Laptops, Email, etc.)
- Minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in a comparable role
