Job Summary
Landscape Technical Executive supports technical documentation, shop drawing coordination and site-related technical clarifications for landscape projects; prepares detailed landscape technical drawings, planting plans and hardscape details; coordinates design information with engineers, horticultural specialists and contractors; reviews shop drawings and technical submissions for compliance; supports site inspections and resolves design discrepancies; maintains documentation including drawing registers and technical records; assists in material and plant selection research; supports BIM/CAD model development and updates.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Landscape Architecture or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in landscape technical roles
- Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and landscape detailing
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
