Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance across bank locations, managing grass, trees, shrubs, and ground cover while responding to colleague and business work orders. Assist with scheduled or unscheduled absences, equipment maintenance, and deliveries, ensuring grounds keeping operations for multiple retail and main office facilities. Perform snow removal, parking lot cleaning, and seasonal cleanups, installing hardscaping and refreshing exterior surfaces as needed. Close out work orders via computerized systems, prioritize emergency and non-emergency requests, and communicate professionally with internal and external customers. Maintain tools and vehicles safely while adhering to established standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience
- Zero-turn mower operation
- Ability to travel using a company sanctioned vehicle
- Ability to plan & prioritize daily responsibilities with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven positive customer service experience
- Intermediate or higher-level expertise using iPad, smart phones, computer/laptops, & MS Outlook
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions at varying heights (ladders, roof top, etc.)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid active State Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA or Landscape related certifications
- Demonstrated job stability
- Prior commercial landscape work experience
