Lead a landscape installations crew and develop leadership and field skills. The role supports advancing from Team Leader (training) to Team Leader and Craftsman, with responsibilities including preparing tools/materials, operating outdoor landscape equipment, coordinating with the crew to move projects forward, and delivering high-quality landscape work. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership development, accountability, clear communication, and growing responsibility and pay as you progress. This is a physical, outdoor role focused on skilled landscape work and crew supervision.
