Job Summary
Oversee daily landscape installation operations across multiple residential communities, managing field crews for sod, irrigation, tree, shrub, and mulch installations. Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and deliveries while traveling between active job sites in McDonough, Locust Grove, and Macon markets. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to builder specifications by conducting quality-control walks, resolving punch list items, and monitoring production schedules. Troubleshoot field issues, train crew leaders, and communicate with project managers, builders, and vendors to maintain deadlines. Valid driver's license required; bilingual Spanish/English skills are a major plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of landscape installation leadership or superintendent experience
- Experience overseeing residential new construction or subdivision landscape projects
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, irrigation systems, sod installation, and plant materials
- Ability to read site plans and landscape plans
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with regular regional travel and windshield time
- Valid driver's license
