Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for multiple landscaping programs and worksites; supervise field leadership and staff; ensure contract compliance, service quality, and efficiency; contribute to business development and bid/proposal efforts; manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance; maintain client/vendor relationships; leverage cost analysis for labor and material planning; support diverse sites including government and commercial contracts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 4+ years of landscape or grounds maintenance experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or operations management experience
- C‐27 Landscaping Contractor License preferred, not required
- Knowledge of lawn, plant, shrub, and tree care best practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Valid CA driver’s license and acceptable DMV record
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
