Job Summary
The Sales & Client Care Representative manages client relationships from initial sale through ongoing services as the single point of contact for the Landscape Services department. Responsibilities include generating bid estimates and sales for maintenance, irrigation, enhancement, and mowing; achieving sales goals; presenting scopes of work to Production Managers; renewing contracts and proposals to meet gross margin; creating detailed scopes of work for each site; coordinating with production, and supporting invoicing and job costing. Requires collaborating with clients to discuss scope, property issues, and decisions, maintaining strong communication, and staying current on industry trends. Requires a Bachelor's degree in horticulture or related field (preferred) and 3+ years of landscape sales experience; proficiency in landscape terminology, plant material and installation techniques; strong communication skills; and a valid driver's license (CDL with Class C endorsement preferred). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture or related field, preferred
- 3+ years of sales experience in landscape industry
- Knowledge and proficiency in landscape terminology, plant material, and installation techniques
- Strong ability to multi-task and time management
- Superior interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
- Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Word & Outlook
- Valid driver's license; CDL with Class C endorsement, preferred
