Job Summary
Landscape Renovations Crew Leader leads landscape renovation crews on commercial installation projects. Coordinates daily work assignments, oversees site preparation, demolition, grading, planting, irrigation installation, and landscape improvements. Supervises hardscape work (pavers, walkways, retaining walls), ensures quality workmanship and safety, tracks labor/materials, reads project plans, communicates progress to Supervisors/Project Managers, and mentors crew members. Requires 2+ years of landscape construction/renovation experience, valid driver's license, ability to operate landscape equipment, read plans, and lift 50 pounds; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of landscape construction, renovation, or related construction experience.
- Previous crew leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to operate landscape construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Ability to read and follow project plans, specifications, and work orders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly and perform physical outdoor work.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and job site environments.
