Job Summary
Landscape Renovations Crew Member to support outdoor installation and improvement projects across commercial properties. Responsibilities include assisting with landscape renovation (demolition, grading, site prep), installing plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components, supporting hardscape installation (pavers, walkways, retaining walls, edging), safe operation of hand tools and power equipment, loading/unloading materials, maintaining safe sites, and following directions from Crew Leaders/Supervisors to complete projects on time. Work environment is outdoor on active job sites with varying weather and uneven terrain. Qualified candidates should have reliable transportation; landscaping/construction experience is helpful but not required; a valid driver’s license is a plus; ability to lift/move 10–50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work; comfortable with a flexible schedule including occasional weekends; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
