Job Summary
Assist with landscape renovation projects including demolition, grading, and site preparation. Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and irrigation components while supporting hardscape installation such as pavers, walkways, and retaining walls. Operate hand tools and power equipment safely, load and unload materials, and maintain clean, organized job sites. Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Supervisors to complete projects on time and report safety concerns or equipment issues. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 10–50 lbs. required. Flexible schedule based on project needs including occasional weekends. Training provided; no prior experience necessary.
