Job Summary
Landscape Project Manager-Construction Operations leads our construction division, coordinating overall construction schedule across three crews, ensuring design-build handoffs with the PM/Estimator, owning scope, budget, and schedule for a single crew, and driving people development, safety, and client communications. Responsibilities include managing construction operations to hit monthly revenue targets, maintaining consistency across projects, coordinating design, estimating, permits, and materials, maintaining a current 10-day rolling schedule, and developing Build Team Leaders and crew members. Emphasizes leadership, planning, and proactive problem-solving to protect margin and deliver high-end residential landscape projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of landscape construction experience
- demonstrated experience managing projects and leading field teams
- ability to read and interpret construction documents
- experience coordinating operations across multiple crews including scheduling, resource allocation, and sequencing
- strong financial fluency including job costing, margin protection, and impact of daily decisions on company performance
- strong written and verbal communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Horticulture, or related field preferred but not required
