Job Summary
Lead and oversee residential landscape and hardscape projects from contract to completion, acting as the primary client liaison and coordinating field crews, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Responsibilities include project forecasting, budgeting, value engineering, revenue tracking, maintaining gross margins, and generating WIP reports. Proficient use of Aspire and MS Project for tracking progress and timelines; participate in weekly status meetings to maintain clear cross-team communication. Manage 3–6 active projects ranging from $20K to $400k+, with an average mix of 65% hardscape and 35% landscape. This role emphasizes client communication, quality delivery, and coordination with the Production Manager to schedule field crews and logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing residential landscape and hardscape construction projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying scope and size
- Proficient in project management tools (Aspire and MS Project preferred)
- Comfortable working on renovation/upgrade projects as well as new construction
- Client-focused mindset with an understanding of the emotional investment in outdoor living projects
