Job Summary
Ensure safety policies are enforced while managing daily crew performance, quality control, and equipment allocation. Conduct site audits, oversee morning dispatch and end-of-day shutdowns, and coordinate hiring, training, and development for staff. Manage irrigation systems, inventory, and tool needs; develop service schedules and maintain vehicles and yards. Communicate with the Client Relationship Manager to guarantee scope meets high standards and ensure complete client satisfaction. Anticipate equipment needs, request supplies, and perform daily time reviews for accuracy. Work with Human Resources on promotions, corrective actions, and staffing. Requires three years of management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to operate power equipment in various weather conditions. Reports to the Branch Manager.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of management experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be physically able to operate power equipment
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- Able to fulfill the duties of Branch Safety Champion (BSC)
- Prior landscape experience preferred
